Dr. Lineth Parra brings over 15 years of experience to her practice as a trusted and highly skilled dental professional. She earned her degree as a Dental Surgeon from the University of Baja California (UABC) and is a proud member of both the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Mexican Dental Association.
Dr. Parra is passionate about providing comprehensive dental care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She specializes in treating dental pain, cosmetic concerns, and long-term oral health, working closely with her patients to create personalized treatment plans that focus on healing, prevention, and confidence.
Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)in the state of California, Dr. Parra actively practices in Tecate, Baja California, while also working extensively in the United States. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to ensure clear communication and a comfortable experience for every patient.
At the heart of Dr. Parra’s practice is a commitment to the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient care. She strictly adheres to OSHA and HIPAAregulations and maintains a modern, state-of-the-art clinicdesigned for patient comfort and safety.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Parra co-manages Sam’s Dental Lab, a family-owned dental laboratory, with her husband Samuel Lopez. Together, they use the latest technology and advanced techniques to deliver high-quality dental restorations and cosmetic solutions.

Samuel Lopez is the owner and lead dental technician at Sam’s Dental Lab, bringing over 20 years of experience in advanced dental technology and restoration craftsmanship. Widely respected in the dental community, Samuel is known for his precision, artistic skill, and deep knowledge of modern prosthetics.
As a master ceramist, Samuel specializes in the design and fabrication of veneers, crowns, bridges, and implant-supported restorations. He works closely with dental professionals—including his wife, Dr. Lineth Parra—to ensure that each restoration is tailored to the patient’s unique needs, achieving exceptional fit, function, and aesthetics.
Samuel’s work combines cutting-edge lab technology with meticulous attention to detail—from accurate shade matching to perfect contours—resulting in restorations that look natural and last for years. His commitment to continuous innovation and learning keeps Sam’s Dental Lab at the forefront of modern dental techniques.

Maxillofacial specialist- Dr, aaron peralta Mata.
He graduated in 2009, earning his degree as a General Dentist from the Faculty of Dentistry at the Autonomous University of Baja California. In 2016, he completed his specialty in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Aarón is our maxillofacial specialist at the clinic. He is bilingual and is known for being very detail-oriented and careful in all of his procedures.
